Praise Break celebrates Black gospel culture through music and dance, blending gospel, soul, disco, and house. It is part of "The Trinity," a three-part program by NOMMO for the LA Philharmonic's premiere performances of Carlos Simon's Good News Mass. The program explores the themes of Black joy, spiritual exploration, and the power of faith, inviting audiences to connect with Los Angeles' rich gospel music heritage.
